Ari is an AR Industry veteran with nearly 15 years' experience commercializing Lumus optics. In his previous role at Lumus as VP Business Development, Ari introduced Lumus to leading tech companies around the world. He brings a depth of AR industry knowledge to the company.

Rivi is one of Israel's most experienced tech executives with a 35 year career including CEO of Negevtech & Dip-Tech, BU Manager in Applied Materials Israel, CTO at NICE and more. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute, and a BSc in Mathematics from Tel-Aviv University.

Aviv has over 25 years' experience in optical inspection and telecommunications industries. Previously, he was VP Product Lines at Orbotech and served in various RD&E management positions at several other companies. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Technion.

Guy has over 20 years of management expertise in R&D, manufacturing, and operations. Previously, he was GM of Shamir Eyal Ltd. and held various management roles at HP digital printing division and Scitex Vision. He holds a BSc in Plastic Engineering from Shenkar College.

Yochay has nearly 30 years' experience in the field of electro-optics. He invented diffractive optics for laser resonators and received a Ph.D. at the Weizmann Institute. He served as CTO at LaserComm and worked in the defense industry focusing on innovative optics projects.

Eli has nearly 25 years of experience in Product Management and R&D leadership. Prior to Lumus, Eli was the R&D Manager at Scanmaster (acquired by EVS) and served in various product management positions in leading software companies. Eli holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Tel-Aviv University.

Ido has more than 12 years of finance and management experience at PWC Israel (high-tech group), Revlon, Ceragon networks and Lumus. Ido holds a BA in Economics & accounting from Ben Gurion University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Serving as VP of Intellectual Property, Mike oversees our growing IP portfolio. Mike has extensive experience in product and technology development and is co-inventor on over 70 issued US patents and 50 pending applications. He has co-authored over 50 scientific and technical publications in solid state physics, optics, and semiconductor metrology.

With more than 25 years of marketing experience in the technology industry, David oversees all branding and marketing initiatives for Lumus. David had numerous leadership roles in the US and Israel working closely with some of the best known brands in the world including Google, eBay, Mattel, and P&G.

Mula has nearly 35 years of development & management experience in electrical engineering & product integration. Prior to Lumus he managed electronics development teams at Orbot Instruments and Applied Materials. Has BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Technion and an MSM from Boston University.

Shira has nearly 20 years experience in HR roles. Shira brings a track record of HR Business Partner roles in the global technology environment based in Israel. In her last role she served as the HR Director for a unit in Elbit systems. Prior to that she led human resources at SES Satellites, and at Ness Technologies . She holds a BA in Human Resources and a Master’s degree in organizational behavior from Ben Gurion University.
